I’ve always thought a Republican president and his administration should hit back at phony news reports far more aggressively than did George W. Bush in the 2000s. However as we’ve seen, Trump has taken that to a new level, often times going too far in his quest to ‘punch back’ at the media.
But it looks even worse when the ‘punching back’ is against the people who used to work for him in the White House:

Now Bannon has a nickname from Trump: Sloppy Steve.
This is the problem with Trump, he is and always has been quite immature. It’s one thing to go after the news media that has been going after him this whole year. But Bannon ran his 2016 campaign and then was one of his closest advisors in the White House, at least for a while. And now Trump is fighting with him on Twitter? Good grief.
While I do like many of the things Trump has done in regards to policy, regulations and the economy, it can’t be denied that he has brought the office of the presidency to a new immature low – to put it nicely.
