NY Times tries to smear Twitter as hate speech central, but Elon Musk hits back with proof they are WRONG

The New York Times published an article today claiming that Twitter has essentialy become hate speech central under Elon Musk.

In their tweet about the story, they literally quote someone saying that Musk “sent up the Bat Signal to every kind of racist, misogynist and homophobe that Twitter was open for business.”

Musk quickly responded to the story saying it was “Utterly false”.

He then went on to point out how hate speech impressesions are actually on the decline and user growth is up significantly.

Musk obviously has a stake in making this point in order to continue attracting businesses to advertise on Twitter. Which is why it’s important for him to have @TwitterSafety to publish weekly data on this.

But he also has a duty to speak the truth in the face of relentless attacks on both him and Twitter from angry radical leftists who absolutely hate the fact that he bought the company. They now want to do everything they can to destroy Twitter because they hate free speech and what he’s doing to try and preserve it.
