Obama’s HHS mandate that guts religious liberty goes into effect today

As Obama’s contraception/abortifacient HHS mandate goes into affect today, religious liberty takes a back seat to his desire to stay in power. This mandate was only concocted to win him votes this year by bribing women with birth control and abortifacients, mandating insurance companies provide it. And for certain religious institutions, Obama waved his magic wand and said the insurance companies will provide it for “free” to them so they wouldn’t have to pay for it and thus violate their religious freedom. But we all know nothing is free and the insurance companies will simply build it into the price for everyone else, including those that believe it is wrong.

As a reminder, here is the famous ad that reminds us of what is at stake in this election:

Also, Mark Levin puts this unconstitutional power grab into perspective as only he can:

  1. Obama lied
    Babies died
    Christians cried
    May the left be fried
    if not here
    then in the hereafter!

  2. I think the ad is too artsy for its own good. The creators got carried away with themselves and lost the message. That is aside from it being boring, dark, requiring folks to read too much and assemble the parts them self. Don’t get me wrong I fully support the message it is trying to get across, I just think it is a lousy ad.

    1. It is not the script or editing of the ad that is important – it is the significance of the Church stepping back into politics to stand against a direct assault on one the the foundation of our freedom.

The Church understands the stakes. Too bad the rest of America does not see what they are about to lose.

      1. I understand what is at stake. I’m just saying the ad is to “artsy” to convey the message needed. The message needs to be spread — I don’t think this ad can do it. It would be a waste of money to broadcast it. It’s boring and too dark.

    2. I agree with you Keninil. The words in the ad are hard to read. Someone did a really bad job with the graphics. And it is too long.

  3. Get out your bibles and study Spiritual Warfare. The office of the Presidency and all around him are evil.

  4. What is worse than not having convictions? Professing a commitment and ignoring its tenets. Apostasy.

Proof that Barack is the Obamessiah.

Obama preached to the multitude by the side of the lake.
Obama created new states from out of the void.
Obama turned whine into Kool-Aid® for his followers.
Obama came to us carried upon a donkey.
Obama triumphed over the beast, the enemy of all men.
Obama was stoned and yet he has risen.
Obama’s flock has millions of sheep.
Obama will reign over us from a house with many rooms.
You must have no other candidates before Obama.
Obama will raise voters from the dead. Count on it.

  6. Just saw a story on WorldNetDaily about a Colorado company who sued for an injunction and won (for now). Basically the government told the court that this business is not a “religious organization” so they’re not exempt. So, the government is trying to say who and what makes up a religion.
I love Levin’s monologue on this, but unfortunately not enough people care or are still blissfully ignorant and won’t pay attention to what he or many others have been saying. So, what we’re left with is a government grab of a huge chunk of the private sector, NOT because they give a flip about people’s health, but because the nannies know best, and the government knows better than the rest of us what our religious beliefs and convictions should be.
Dictatorial is what Levin said, and it is. And we have both parties to thank for it.

  7. The music is like you’d hear in movies like “The Patriot” or any other war movie from ancient times. Fits right in with the forging of “words” instead of weapons, but it’s war none-the-less.

  8. Today is Chick-Fil-A Day in America. Check your e-mails.
Show your support today by visting your local Chick-Fil-A, show your support for an American Christian privately owned business under attack by obama and his henchman.
Chick-fil-A stands with the founding fathers and the US Constituition, not with words only, they finacially support Christian activities and other outreach programs that help

We made two trips, the food was great, the people were great, the place was packed inside and out. People were having to park in the neighboring, get this!.. Waffle House, the Value Brake Shop, and the Lowes parking lot. I took great pictures to show my very young family members, while explaining what this is all about, without using the wrong words for young hears. They are such great kids. Ok I might be just a bit bais with that one..LOL.
Anyways really a great day and we at the resturant had lot’s of fun meaphorically speaking, fingering the Obamademocrat regime.

In case you haven’t heard about this; Larry Sinclair and Obama Drugs and such…..On June.21.2008 at the National Press Club, hard to believe but their it is for you to check out if you’d like. Seems Sinclair has conformation? weird stuff to learn but saids alot about obamas thinking.
All of this was hid by the All press until after the 2008 election.

        1. I didn’t quite get the part, “Larry Sinclair and Obama Drugs and such”. Did you mean that Obama did drugs with Sinclair at the National Press Club on June 21, 2008? I had read that he did drugs on the campaign trail and had to be drug out of the room because he was so drugged up.

I have no doubt your kids are the best! They are being raised RIGHT! 🙂

          1. Sorry about the confusion, the such i mentioned was refering to the activities they were involved in while doing drugs according what Mr Sinclair said to the National Press Club.

The family is awesome, their joy and future is the reason we’re all working to get America back on the right course. I’m sure we will not fail.

  9. Time to form a coalition. Making noise is almost the only thing we have left in my opinion. Any business that fights this will be under water from fines. Hell no Obama. Hell no. This is my attitude from here on. I don’t want things to get so bad where we have zero power to stop anything. We can’t wait to see what’s next.

    1. Picture a bombed out Afghani village being cleared, house by house, by armed soldiers while drones with cameras and AGM-114 Hellfire missiles circle lazily in the sky above like horses flies on a hot Alabama afternoon.

Now, pretend your are an Afghani.

      1. Great example man. That’s exactly what we are headed to. They already have the drone rolling in the name of law enforcement. Creating new gun laws so we can’t protect ourselves from what is surely to come. If we do nothing now are only options will be to get aggressive in a bad way. The government counts on us to be passive. They’ve been right so far.

    1. How could the vast majority of Germans allowed Hitler to rise?

Propaganda is a very powerful tool. It fuses with the most primitive of human instincts and desires, choking off reason and morality.

    2. I hate to say it, Joe, but I have little hope for the C Church. They’ve given Obama their price, if he pays it, they’ll jump right back into bed with their little ethnic, socialist bastard.

They will forget what the commie has done to this nation in a vatican minute. Watch.

  10. The violation of religious liberty is just the logical consequence of the widespread view that individual rights may be violated by the government. People who advocate the latter have themselves to blame for the former. If you think that the constitution will stop the government from violating any kind of liberty, then you’re wrong, because the precedent has been established that government may violate individual rights, and it’s only a matter of time; a slippery slope; a foot in the door … until the rest is violated too.

    1. This story from TRS yesterday is a perfect example of what you speak. Our own Representatives just voted to give way our voice our representation to the Executive Branch! Crickets in America.

A Representative government is now nothing but an illusion.

“Mark Levin slams House Republicans for voting to eliminate Senate confirmation for 169 presidential appointments”

        1. I’m not saying John the Baptist was false, I am saying dear leader may be like a false John, preparing the way for the false christ, Antichrist. Satan has his false trinity, so why not a false one to prepare the way. Ah never mind.

  11. You know, it may take a civil rights style protest across the country to change this. America is a very different country these days than it was meant to be.

  12. Impeach and Imprison, obama.

Action step: Dreams from My Real Father
A Story of Reds and Deception

Buy at least 20 copies and give it to 20 people and ask them to watch it and take notes, and then give it to 20 people so forth and so on. Send it to your Senators and Congressman and Romney and demand that a legal suit be filed against, obama.

  13. I’m going to watch the look on idiotic Democrat faces as they watch insurance prices go up, not down. Basic economics escapes them along with not knowing exactly how insurance pricing works. That KABOOM sound was the 1st amendment blowing up.

  14. I’d just like to smack (not literally) all those people who accused President George W. Bush of being a tyrant and underminding our freedoms.

    1. If we step back and look at it objectively, all Presidents since Reagan have been slicing away at the Constitution, our Liberty, and constantly growing the power and size of the Central Government. Bush2 was no exception.

The globalist factions may be fighting for control of this, but if we fail to recognize that they all have the same end goal, it is the Republic that dies and our freedom with it.

    2. While I still like George and was greatful for him being in the White House during terrorists attacks, I can’t ever get him saying the Constitution is just a “damned piece of paper” out of my mind. He was a good guy, but far from being a Constitutional Conservative.

        1. I guess it appears that I’ve been suckered…. believe it or not, I do from time to time. I’ve heard it and read it so many times that he said it, I thought he did… appears that he didn’t though. DOH!.
However, as much as I do love him for many things, he’s still a big government guy, and much like his dad, a one world government guy. But sorry about passing along false info. *major blush*

            1. Sadly, at the time I defended him – now I know better. Then, I began to support the left’s promise to repeal it. Now Hussein’s extensions to it make things clear. We have been led down a path – into a boxed canyon.

          1. It did appear indeed to happen…. for years his advisors talked about it. More importantly is what he did – passed the Patriot Act. Another 1000+ pages of legislation that miraculously appeared out of thin air, not written by Congress, not read by anyone in Congress (a recent poll could find only 2 who had read it), yet passed by Congress.

A President who respects the Constitution would not sign such a bill.

        2. It was not recorded of course, but the context is his legal team was telling him core parts of the Patriot Act were in violation of the Constitution and others were advising him that the entire act unnecessary.

That quote was referred to frequently for years but more importantly is that it was Bush’s attitude and eventually key pieces of the Act were overturned in Federal court as unconstitutional.

For a long time when you googled it this the context and background was available – no longer. Just covered up to preserve the narrative that Bush was a defender of the Constitution. The left was more than happy to have that out there when they opposed Bush and the Act – now that the left has doubled down on the Patriot Act and the Constitution, they are happy to help obscure it.

Just as Bush siad he had to violate capitalism to save it.

  15. “The Obama administration will continue to work with all employers to give them the flexibility and resources they need to implement the health care law in a way that protects women’s health while making common-sense accommodations for values like religious liberty.” – Kathleen Succubus

Yeah that evil wench has the unmitigated gall to call a Constitutional right an “accomodation”.

        1. Evil is relentless and they are everywhere – especially within. Remember for example that Liberation Theology was developed by Latin American Catholic priests.

Catholics have been hearing the message – subtle and strong, in Mass and in church publications. There should be no doubt that the social justice and liberation adherents inside the Church have been read the riot act.

Vatican Reprimands a Group of U.S. Nuns and Plans Changes:
“The Vatican has appointed an American bishop to rein in the largest and most influential group of Catholic nuns in the United States, saying that an investigation found that the group had “serious doctrinal problems.”

      1. Liberal Catholic…which is no Catholic at all. She’s the tares among the wheat that must be seperated out.

    1. An “accommodation.” like a man’s religion is an affliction, a disability like club foot or near-sightedness.

There only one near sight condition I want. We are Americans, not Nigerians and there will be a line over which no pagan, atheist, liberal, Muslim communist, socialist, progressive our other fowl creature who crawls in slime will pass.

We are not Nigerians. We will not be driven from our homes. I will live to see mosques ground into concrete for churches and the word Islam inscribed at the bottom of the pit.

            1. Thank you friend. I’ve found myself with far less over these past few years but no great loss in retrospect. I and my family are stronger in facing the truth as our faith is growing stronger.

          1. Stock up on ammo before the freakazoids in the Dhimi party and their RINO allies cut the supply.

    2. And if companies don’t comply with those “accomodations” they will face fines up to 100 bucks per employee, because dear leader wants women to have free sex without being punished with a baby.
