Pennsylvania school system passes policy banning boys from using female bathrooms

A Pennsylvania school system outside of Philadelphia just passed a new policy this week banning boys from using female bathrooms.

The Perkiomen Valley School board approved a policy which forces students to use bathrooms that align with their biological sex.

However, the new policy does also open up single use bathrooms for ‘trans’ students, which were formerly only open to teachers.

This comes after high school students in the district staged a walk-out on September 15th when the school board failed to initially pass the policy.
