The CEO of Pfizer Albert Bourla on Sunday said on Face the Nation that a FOURTH booster will be “necessary” and that the Pfizer Covid vaccine will have to be required annually forever.
You better believe the Covid regime, which will continue to be resurgent in the face of variants, will update their definition of “fully vaccinated” to include both the fourth shot and the annual shot.
When Margaret Brennan asked if the vaccine would be an annual thing, Bourla said, “I think so.”
“Variants are coming,” he said. “Also we know the duration of the protection doesn’t last very long.”
Brennan asked him about the fourth booster shot.
“It is necessary, a fourth booster, right now,” he said. “The protection that we are getting from the third, it is good enough – actually quite good for hospitalizations and deaths – but it doesn’t last very long.”
It may seem like the push to make it mandatory has slowed but don’t be fooled by the lull. Mark my words, when fall rolls around they’ll have a hot new variant and be even more adamant than ever about making the covid vaccine mandatory.
After all, the trillion-dollar industry producing the shots has plenty of lobby money.
