The Navy has apologized after one of their pilots drew a huge penis in the skies over Washington State:

Here’s the statement from the Navy via Fox 4:
In a statement to KREM, the Navy said, “The Navy holds its aircrew to the highest standards and we find this absolutely unacceptable, of zero training value and we are holding the crew accountable.”
FAA officials told KREM that because the act posed no safety risk, there is nothing they can do.
With all the sexual harassment and assault allegations that have come out lately, this somehow seems…er…oddly appropriate.
