‘Potential CRIMINAL liability’: Findings in DeSantis investigation of explicit ‘all ages’ drag shows ‘imminent’

The public release, and sharing with law enforcement, of the findings from the Florida investigation of the sexualized and graphic “drag show” performances put on for an “all ages audience” — which an Orlando venue was warned against officially but went through with anyway — is imminent, The Floridian reported on Thursday.

The Department of Business and Professional Regulation warned an Orlando venue this week that they were putting their license in jeopardy by going through with the gross event as planned. But the event did go on as planned, and children were present.

The warning from the DeSantis administration came as an investigation was already underway. Now the results of that investigation are imminent, and could include criminal referrals, reports The Floridian.

The DBPR is continuing its investigation into the allegations and videos posted, including the interview of a 12-year-old child and her mother that was recorded at the Miami “A Drag Queen Christmas” event on December 27th.

“The Department of Business & Professional Regulation is investigating the videos of children of these sexualized drag shows, and the Department will act accordingly once the investigation is completed,” stated Jeremy Redfern in response to a request for comment on the ongoing investigation.

Once the investigation is completed, the findings will be turned over to the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) which will determine what criminal charges, if any, will be filed. According to Gov. DeSantis’s communications director Taryn Fenske, the FDLE will make the final decision on “potential criminal liability” that may exist.

“The Department will share any collected evidence with the Florida Department of Law Enforcement (FDLE) for potential criminal liability,” stated Fenske in a written statement to The Floridian.

The results could be reported to the public and to law enforcement first thing next week, writes Manjarres.

Let’s hope so. And even if there are no criminal referrals THIS time, the gauntlet has been thrown down. I predicted the Orlando venue would go through with the event. The left is invested in this.

They will pick up the gauntlet, take the bait as challenge, and descend further into their depravity, doubling and tripling down until they ultimately DO end up facing charges. It’s only a matter of time now. They can’t help themselves.

And the media will be right there cheering them on. Just you watch.
