You gotta love this video. President Trump was speaking in Muskegon on Saturday, and read aloud from a list of statues, memorials, and monuments that the so-called National Capital Memorial Advisory Commission wants to get rid of.
Then he threw it away.
“I’ll tell you what, if I wasn’t your president last summer, you may have [had] the Jefferson Memorial taken down. It may be down. They weren’t playing games. We weren’t playing games either,” he said. Truth.
The commission is trying to erase these historical symbols in the interest of wokeness and historical revisionism and the general anti-American sentiment that’s so popular on the left.
