President Trump will be very happy – and probably already is at the judges who were picked to hear his appeal in the DC Court of Appeals.
Turns out, they are all Trump-appointed judges and the only three Trump-appointed judges on the circuit:

The panel hearing emergency appeals this month appears to be: Rao, Katsas, Walker.
All three are Trump appointees — in fact the only Trump appointees on the DC Circuit.

Hopefully these judges don’t get caught up in trying to prove that they are ‘independent’, despite being nominated by Trump, at the cost of a legitimate case-based ruling. We’ve seen John Roberts make bad decisions on the Supreme Court when he got caught up in considering things external to actual cases, ie Obamacare.
If these judges stay in their proverbial lane, I think Trump will get a good ruling and the tariff case won’t have to go to the Supreme Court.
