In this week’s address, President Obama says that the economy is great, the job market is great, housing is great, cars are great, health care is great, you are great, being great is great, and republicans are dirtbags who hate the unemployed.
He then says that even though everything is super great, it would be great if it could be even greater. Wouldn’t that be great? We’ve got to create new jobs, make sure people can make ends meet, and send more kids to college so they can learn about being great.
He then does a teaser for his upcoming state of the union, during which he intends to mobilize everybody. Because he wants to restore fairness to the American economy. Because that would be great. It’s about time he finally talked about socialis… err, fairness. He needed a brand new talking point. Right?
Great!
