Putin is retaliating this morning after a bridge to Crimea was blown up last week.
This morning there are videos showing a bridge in Kyiv being hit by a missile while someone was walking on it. Fortunately they were able to escape unharmed:
Putin hinted at retribution against objects of critical infrastructure in Ukraine.

This is *right* in the centre of Kyiv, beside a busy park at exactly the time when people were rushing to work. No confirmation yet on number of fatalities.

These are just a few of the targets of the reported 75 missiles that were all over Ukraine this morning. As you can imagine there are many wounded and dead because of these attacks on civilians.
