Rand Paul was on Fox News this morning arguing that, in the wake of the raids on Cohen, that Mueller has abused his authority and this is exactly why we should never appoint special counsels:

Paul wants to know what this has to do with Russia? He says he thought that Mueller was charged with investigating Russian collusion.
He also suggests that even though another prosecutor commissioned the raids, it came at the behest of Mueller and suggests to him this is no longer about Russian collusion.
