Rand Paul released his Waste of 2020 report today to highlight tons of government waste from this year, and boy are there some doozies in this list:
Just from the first few in the list, they literally spent millions to see if people would eat ground up bugs?
And then, in an apparent contradiction, they spent more millions “trying to get Eastern Mediterranean youth to stop smoking hookah”, only to turn around and “give cigarettes to adolescent kids.”
I wish I’d have been involved in this study: “Tested if hot tubbing can lower stress.” I guessing that 2 million bought a lot of hot tubs.
