Today is the day set aside for remembering those who have sacrificed themselves for our freedom.
As I told you last year, I’ve been fortunate that all of those in my family who defended our freedom came back, whether it be from the Civil War, WWII, or the Vietnam War.
But I know that some of you have either lost someone close or know someone who has and this day is extra special for you.
While we salute all of our men and women have fought for this country and the freedoms we espouse, today we stand extra tall and remember those who have gone before us and sacrificed their all.
Never forget.
