This morning Rep. Lee Zeldin announced he is running to be the governor of New York, as the election will be held next year:
I know some will poo poo Zeldin’s chances of winning the state, but he is doing what conservatives always talk about doing, fighting. And he absolutely should fight for it, especially with the ridiculous news that Democrats want to send $15k checks to illegals.
From what I’ve read today, Zeldin may first be fighting Rudy Giuliani’s son, Andrew Giuliani, who said he’s planning a run.
And I fully expect the commie mayor of New York to throw his hat into the ring on the Democratic side. He’s been very critical of Cuomo for a reason.
