John Durham’s investigation into the origins of the Russia is nearly completion, but that’s still a least several months away:
FOX NEWS – U.S. Attorney John Durham is expected to wrap up his investigation into the origins of the Russia probe by the end of the summer, sources confirmed to Fox News.
One source suggested the investigation could end as soon as July, while another said it could be closer to September, based on Durham’s progress, which could be hindered by the coronavirus pandemic rocking the nation and the globe.
Rep. Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, relayed the same timeline during a House Rules Committee meeting focused on reform of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act last week.
“His investigation is due to be completed sometime this summer,” Jordan said. His comments were first reported by The Washington Examiner.
If you recall, Doug Collins told us last year that Durham’s probe wouldn’t have a big report announcing its findings like the Mueller report. He said that we’d know Durham is finished when he starts charging people.
Whether its July or September, I don’t care as long as people are held accountable for the phony Russia hoax investigation. I’d imagine that, assuming it ends well, either one could also give Trump a big boost on the campaign trail if people know that his DOJ is actually holding people accountable, unlike Obama’s DOJ that just let them off the hook.
