An FBI agent was reportedly caught lying in the Proud Boys J6 trial yesterday.
The FBI has a chat system where agents communicate with each other called Lync. Special Agent Nicole Miller was obligated to turn over all of her Lync messages.
However when the Excel spreadsheet of Lync messages she turned over was analyzed, it appeared that she was hiding a bunch of rows despite saying she had turned over everything.

is allowed to lie to the public, withhold information, and operate without oversight by Congress.
This agent (or someone) deleted thousands of messages in FBIs "Lync" messaging system–messages relevant to investigation and required to be produced to defense counsel: pic.twitter.com/Ss2tt3XcHB

What messages did FBI conceal from defense?

Brazen lawlessness at FBI in its biggest January 6 case.
Boss instructs FBI agent to "destroy" hundreds of items of evidence.
If this is a slam-dunk case of "seditious conspiracy," why is FBI destroying, hiding evidence? pic.twitter.com/l68FqLEtH1

Even more egregious (maybe?)–FBI accessed emails between one defendant and his attorney and discussed its contents. This agent apparently knew one defendant planned to go to trial.

It’s amazing what this FBI thinks it can get away with, even in a court of law.
We’ll update you on what happens next.
