According to Minnesota GOP Chair Jennifer Carnahan, the Minneapolis mayor who tried to charge Trump $500k for security is now preventing the media from interviewing Trump supporters who are waiting in line for the rally tonight:
"Last night we found out [Mayor Frey] is actually blocking the press from interviewing the rally-goers while they wait in line in the skyways.

They have something called skyways that are elevated enclosures over the street and Carnahan said that their anti-Trump mayor isn’t letting the media enter these skyways to interview people waiting in line.
Of course if they were outside on the sidewalk the mayor couldn’t stop the press from interviewing them, but because everyone is lined-up in these skyways, the media aren’t allowed in.
