It was reported this afternoon that Trump told Kevin McCarthy that he feels he does bear some blame for what happened at the Capitol last week:

Trump has yet to publicly make any statement like this.
Politico also reports that McCarthy encouraged Trump to call Biden and congratulate him. I seriously doubt that will happen.
