Trump is reportedly quite unhappy with Club for Growth after he endorsed JD Vance less than a week ago.
According to Maggie Haberman Trump expected that David McIntosh, president of Club for Growth, to drop their support for Josh Mandel after his Vance endorsement.
But that didn’t happen. Haberman says McIntosh released a new ad showcasing Vance trashing Trump from a few years ago after the endorsement.
Trump in response sent a note to McIntosh letting him know how he felt about it:
In OHSEN, Trump had expected McIntosh from the Club for Growth to stop supporting Mandel after Trump backed Vance. The Club aired a new spot today featuring Vance quotes criticizing Trump in the past. Trump had his assistant send McIntosh a text saying, “Go f*^% yourself.”

Trump has been known to send Haberman stuff like this, so I don’t know if that’s where she got it or if McIntosh sent it to her. Your guess is as good as mine.
But it just shows the political frustration over the Ohio Senate race.
