Nancy Pelosi doesn’t want her Democratic members having to vote on infanticide.
But she may not have a choice if Republicans can get enough signatures to force a vote.
Rep. Crenshaw from Texas explains:
House Republicans asked Dem leadership to consider Born-Alive legislation 25 times, each time we were rejected.

This will not be an easy feat.
According to the Washington Examiner Republicans will need to garner 218 signatures, a simple majority, in order to force the vote in the House. As you know, Republicans only have 197 seats.
Can they find 21 Democrats willing to go on the record forcing Pelosi to hold this vote? That seems unlikely to me given the retribution they would undoubtedly receive from Pelosi, but I guess you never know.
