The Biden administration has been ordered to keep using the Remain in Mexico program going but according to new numbers they are barely using it.
Bill Melugin with Fox News reveals that despite a massive number of encounters with illegals, only a fraction are being put in the Remain in Mexico program:
Per CBP data, out of more than 239,000 encounters with migrants in the month of May, only 1,613 were placed into the Remain in Mexico program (MPP/Migrant Protection Protocols). Of the 1.5 million + encounters since October, only 4,066 have been placed in MPP.

That is an astonishingly low number. Clearly they are flouting the court order that beholds them to the Remain in Mexico program.

It is indeed. Obama did the same thing in flouting a court order regarding the border, but Republicans were too weak to impeach.
So would they do it this time? I wouldn’t hold my breath, but even if they did it wouldn’t change much because Kamala would just keep doing the same.
