Anti-Trump leader Rick Wilson actually tweeted that Melania Trump “#BeInfected” after it was reported that she would appear in public health PSAs for coronavirus:
#BeInfected https://t.co/TZD35uaEvq

He hasn’t deleted the tweet yet, as some are expecting him to do.
Rather he’s met the fury over his remark with no shame whatsoever:
Getting a surprisingly large number of MAGA threats and fury in my TL.
Did some idiot Trump blue check do something stupid?

You first. https://t.co/GvQ0Hconsx

That's all you've got? https://t.co/7eOyG2qOo1

He did respond to one person claiming he was only mocking her “#BeBest failure”:
Well, since the POINT was to mock her absurd #BeBest failure, I didn't but you do you. https://t.co/hVtjG4YyNH
— Rick Wilson (@TheRickWilson) March 19, 2020
And then as the outrage continued he further clarified…
ANYONE who thought I was wishing COVID on Melania is fuckwit.
You know full well it was a riff on "BeBest" and it's utter failure in the face of her husband's continued role as Global Troll in Chief and National Bully.
That said, fap to your fake-ass outrage all you like.

Wilson didn’t put any context with his tweet. He didn’t say he was mocking her for “Be Best”. Rather He just wrote “#BeInfected” on his tweet of Melania doing the coronavirus PSAs, which most people took as him wishing that she would be infected. Yet we are the idiots? What a hateful puke.
In case you don’t know or forgotten who Wilson is, this should clear it up for you:
The arrogance, the dismissiveness, the smug cackling, the accents.
If Donald Trump wins re-election this year, I’ll remember this brief CNN segment late one Saturday night in January as the perfect encapsulation for why it happened. pic.twitter.com/8kQ6zN9AZV
