When the attorneys in the Rittenhouse case were in the courtroom this morning while the jury was out deliberating, speculation ran WILD that either the jury was going to return right away with a verdict, or the judge was going to rule on the defense motion.

It was on that issue that he made a decision, saying that on the question of whether the jury could rewatch videos, and if so whether it be in the courtroom with attorneys present or privately in the deliberation room, it would be the former.
