You’d think Mitt Romney would be more careful by now to avoid coming off an out-of-touch rich guy, especially after the way his NASCAR gaffe predictably played out in the MSM. Instead here he goes again, this time casually mentioning that he is friends with the owners of the Miami Dolphins and New York Jets. Good for him, I say. But the problem of course is that this comment obviously plays right into the Democrats’ strategy of defining Romney as a so-called 1%-er who can’t relate to average Americans (never mind that this also describes Obama to a tee).
