Ronna McDaniel gets reelected as RNC Chair

Ronna McDaniel has been unanimously re-elected as the RNC Chair for the next election cycle:

I’m not well versed in all that an RNC Chairwoman does, but I’m not sure I completely understand the rationale for her unanimous reelection. We did make some gains in the House, which is a small plus in her column. But we lost control of the Senate.

And, of course, we lost the presidency, but I would really put that on her. Maybe she contributed to it in a minor way, but the rampant election fraud is really what did Trump in.

Perhaps the record fundraising the RNC did this year was really what put her over the top? Money is very important to winning races.

I’m just saying it seems odd to me that no one wanted to move on and put someone else in charge of the RNC. Don’t get me wrong, she’s no Michael Steel. She’s been solid I think when she speaks to the media via interviews and what not. But we didn’t win back the House, we lost the Senate and the presidency. I would think at least someone over there would have voted against her reelection.
