Rudy Giuliani said last night that he’s hired a big time lawyer and is now considering bringing a lawsuit against several Democrats on behalf of Trump and others:

One of the Democrats that he mentions is Senator Murphy, who went to Ukraine and threatened the president with the loss of Democratic support if he allowed an investigation into Joe Biden. Giuliani says it’s the president’s job to conduct the foreign policy of the United States. He also mentioned a congressman who threatened to arrest the Attorney General.
According to Giuliani, members of Congress have immunity protection only for things they say on the floor. Otherwise they are liable for what they say just like any other American.
