Last night Russia bombed what’s called the Independence Square in central Kharkiv. The bomb exploded right in front of a government building:

According to a video of the event, the blast detonated right in front of the headquarters of the Kharkiv Oblast government.

This is a video of the aftermath in which 6 people were said to be injured from the blast, including a child:

Meanwhile, Zelensky is arguing that Russia should be kicked out of the United Nations:

Lastly, it’s being reported that the EU has accepted Ukraine’s application to join the alliance:
