At Putin’s request, the Russian parliament has just granted him the authority to deploy the Russian military abroad, meaning he can now deploy his full military might in Ukraine:

RT – The upper house of Russia’s parliament has granted permission for the country’s military to be deployed abroad, following a request on Tuesday from President Vladimir Putin.
The decision was taken after Russia recognized the breakaway Donetsk (DPR) and Lugansk (LPR) People’s Republics in eastern Ukraine.
Yesterday Russian forces drove into Ukraine on buses. Now they will come with all of their military equipment.
In response to yesterday’s invasion, Germany has now halted the Nord Stream 2 pipeline:
TIMES OF ISRAEL – German Chancellor Olaf Scholz said Tuesday that he was suspending the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project with Russia, as fears increased of a full-scale invasion amid reports and statements from officials that Russian troops were already on Ukrainian soil.
Scholz said he had asked to halt the German regulator’s review process for the pipeline.
“That sounds technical, but it is the necessary administrative step so there can be no certification of the pipeline and without this certification, Nord Stream 2 cannot begin operating,” he said.
A day after Russian President Vladimir Putin recognized the independence of the regions in eastern Ukraine, Scholz warned Russia that a decision to halt the Nord Stream 2 pipeline project was only one “concrete” step by Germany and that further sanctions could follow.
“There are also other sanctions that we can introduce if further measures are taken, but for now, it’s a matter of doing something very concrete,” he told journalists.
This is ironic. Both Biden and Germany wanted Putin to finish the pipeline, which enabled him to invade Ukraine yesterday. Now they are stopping the pipeline in response to Putin’s invasion, which they should have done a year ago. It’s no wonder that Putin doesn’t take either Biden or Germany seriously.
Speaking of Biden, he’s going to give a speech today at 1PM to try and scare Putin with words:

Lastly, the NATO Secretary-General says that Russia is planning full-scale attack on Ukraine:
BREAKING- (Reuters) – Russia has not stopped planning for a full-scale invasion of Ukraine since recognising the independence of separatist enclaves, NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said. "Every indication is that Russia is continuing to plan for a full-scale attack"
