Apparently Democrats are up in arms, crying foul over Barr taking over the Stone case yesterday after four prosecutors resigned from the case yesterday. And they are trying to get Lindsey Graham to do investigate it:
NEW: Chuck Schumer calls on Lindsey Graham "to convene an emergency hearing…to conduct oversight and hold hearings" following DOJ reversal on Stone sentencing recommendation.

And this from Kamala Harris:
Sen. Kamala Harris sent a letter to Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham demanding that the committee hold a hearing—with Attorney General Bill Barr as a witness—on potential political interference in the sentencing of Roger Stone. pic.twitter.com/HUzCpSM8JJ

Graham responded today, saying his committee would not be calling AG Barr in to testify on this issue. He did say Barr would be called to testify for normal oversight, but not specifically on this issue because it doesn’t need investigating:
Senate Judiciary Chairman Lindsey Graham says he won’t call Barr to testify based on the Roger Stone situation but expects him to testify for general oversight.
Graham also says it’s not appropriate for Trump to be commenting on ongoing cases.

Lindsey Graham says he just talked to DOJ about Roger Stone: “I don’t think this is a case of sentence enhancement. Apparently there’s a letter from the victim that they didn’t feel threatened. The guidelines are three and a half, four and a half.”

Graham: “You can enhance the sentence if somebody was threatened about what so I don't think that lies here…. I don't know what she'll give him but he'll probably go to jail but I think a seven and nine year sentence wouldn't be appropriate here.”

Graham said he didn’t think his committee will investigate it and said Barr will eventually come before his panel relating to the panel’s oversight. “I believe the President shouldn't be tweeting about an ongoing case – I've told him that,” per @tedbarrettcnn

I couldn’t find video of this exchange. If I do I’ll post it here.
