Ruth Bader Ginsburg is making ‘history’ today, but not in a good way.
RBG has reportedly never missed oral arguments in her 25 years as a justice of the Supreme Court. But today that changes as she is still recuperating from surgery:

Court spokeswoman says Ginsburg is working from home and will still participate in the cases in question
You might be wondering how exactly Ginsburg will participate if she’s going to miss the oral arguments. The court says she will read the transcripts:

It may not be the best sign for her health that RBG is missing today, but it’s understandable at her age and after having had such a surgery to remove cancerous tumors from her lungs.
