Twitter isn’t just suspending O’Keefe until he deletes a tweet or something, they’ve now told him that his suspension is permanent and here’s what they claim as their justification:
In my last post about this, I said this fake account claim by Twitter sounded bogus, because O’Keefe has nearly a million followers. O’Keefe said today that it is bogus and defamatory and he’s suing them:
In case you can’t read the image, it says: I am suing Twitter for defamation because they said I, James O’Keefe, “operated fake accounts.” This is false, this is defamatory, and they will pay. Section 230 may have protected them before, but it will not protect them from me. The complaint will be filed Monday.
I hope he ends up owning Twitter when this is done because this is just ridiculous.
