Powell’s case was rejected last week by an Obama-nominated federal judge, Linda V. Parker. She then appealed the case to the sixth circuit, and now it appears they’ve filed an emergency appeal with the Supreme Court, which has now been docketed.
Given the recent history with the Supreme Court not wanting to get involved in the election, I suspect they won’t hear this case either. Let’s hope I’m wrong.
Powell told the Washington Examiner a few days ago that she has four cases “alleging substantial evidence of fraud in Michigan, Georgia, Wisconsin, and Arizona.”
