Smartmatic sues Fox News and these specific hosts and individuals

Fox News is being sued by Smartmatic for libel after their coverage last year on the Dominion voting machines and they are naming specific hosts in the lawsuit, and other individuals:

“Smartmatic Files $2.7 Billion Suit Against Fox News, Rudy Giuliani, Maria Bartiromo, Lou Dobbs, Jeanine Pirro and Sidney Powell.” Wowza. 2.7 billion is a huge chunk of change!

I’m not a lawyer so I don’t know the chances of Smartmatic winning, but it would seem to me that now would be a good time for Sidney Powell to break out all of that evidence that she claims to have had last year. She said she was putting everything on the line with these lawsuits so if she’s really got the goods, she’s probably going to need them. And I would think now, a court might actually listen.
