We have another clip of Joe Bidenmentia from today and it ain’t good.
In fact Biden got so tongue-tied over so few words that he had to stop and take a breath for a second and give the crowd one of this ‘I can’t believe this is happening to me again’ looks.

Okay this tweet reads much like a Benny tweet, where he overexaggerates and says things that are plainly false.
The crowd isn’t laughing in his face, they are reacting to his ‘I can’t believe this is happening to me again’ look.
But even so, this Bidenmentia does keep happening and not over difficult words at all. He’s struggling to process even the most basic of words, and all on the world stage for everyone to see.
And they do see it. Remember when the Saudi’s mocked him last year?
