South Dakota FAILS to pass bill stopping “private use eminent domain” for carbon capture and here’s why it happened…

Daniel Horowitz reported tonight that South Dakota failed to pass a bill that would have prevented “private use eminent domain” for what he says is Agenda 2030 carbon capture.

Horowitz said the bill lost by just 3 votes in the House and added “you gotta believe it would have made a big difference if Kristi Noem had sided with freedom.”

She’s an investor in the ethanol company, which is not the carbon pipeline company. However if she is supporting this carbon pipeline that would explain a lot. That said, I don’t know what is so hard about supporting legislation like this. Horowitz is right to question her because this is just odd.
