Daniel Horowitz reported tonight that South Dakota failed to pass a bill that would have prevented “private use eminent domain” for what he says is Agenda 2030 carbon capture.
Horowitz said the bill lost by just 3 votes in the House and added “you gotta believe it would have made a big difference if Kristi Noem had sided with freedom.”
Here’s the tweet:
This is truly unreal. We had a simple bill in South Dakota to prevent PRIVATE use eminent domain for Agenda 2030 "Carbon capture" insanity and we couldn't get it passed in the SD House. Lost by just 3 votes. You gotta believe it would have made a big difference if @KristiNoem had… pic.twitter.com/t520S8AEuM

Somebody threw this out…
Why @GovKristiNoem want a Green New Deal carbon capture pipeline? Perhaps it has something to do with this? https://t.co/sG1nCvCTxK pic.twitter.com/RKyyQqhghU

She’s an investor in the ethanol company, which is not the carbon pipeline company. However if she is supporting this carbon pipeline that would explain a lot. That said, I don’t know what is so hard about supporting legislation like this. Horowitz is right to question her because this is just odd.
