Spoke too soon: Jack Del Rio just apologized to the mob…

Earlier today I lauded Jack Del Rio, the defensive lineman coach for the Washington Commanders, for standing by his views and not apologizing.

Well, I spoke too soon. On his Twitter today, Del Rio put up a statement apologizing for comments he made today calling January 6th a ‘dust-up’:

You know that didn’t bother me a bit. Because in comparison to the horrible violence of 2020 in the name of BLM, what happened on January 6th was a dust-up.

But as with so many famous people, the mob beats them into submission and they ended up apologizing for something.

So I don’t take back everything I said about Del Rio today, but I’m not nearly the fan now that I was earlier today.
