Steny Hoyer strongly supports omnibus bill – while admitting he hasn’t read it

Steny Hoyer is such a proud ignoramus. He wants everyone to know he “strongly supports” the omnibus spending bill moving through the House – even though he hasn’t actually read it and apparently neither have any of his colleagues.
