In an interesting interaction with Chuck Todd this morning, Stephen Miller would just not say if Trump still has confidence in Mike Flynn after he was caught lying to Mike Pence who then lied to the American public because of it.

What’s even more remarkable about his reticence to comment is that Trump already expressed confidence in Flynn after the fiasco:

Democrats have called for an investigation and also for Flynn to be fired. He is accused of talking to Russian officials about sanctions before the inauguration, then saying he didn’t do it, then telling Mike Pence he didn’t do it, and had the VP go out in public and lie for him. Is that a fireable offense? I guess we’ll find out, but I kinda doubt it. In the lie department, I figure the Trump administration is just getting started.
