Trump’s top aide Stephen Miller said in no uncertain terms that we’re heading to a government shut down if Dems refuse to fund the border wall.
Watch below at about the 6:45 minute mark:
I think Miller takes the appropriate attitude about the death of the seven-year-old from Guatemala when clearly the media wants to pin it on Border Patrol. He goes on to get very very heated on one of his favorite topics, immigration.
In a way I think it was freeing for Trump to say, “OK pin it on me!” about the government shutdown. Now there’s no boring back and forth of people pointing at each other over who’s to blame. So who is going to win this one? I really doubt the Democrats will give him his wall – it would be such a YUGE victory for him, they definitely don’t want to hand it over. But will they give in once their precious government closes down?
There’s a lot of urchins on the internet mocking Stephen Miller for this:
Shameful urchins! Get off my internet! I’m gonna call Ajit Pai about this….
