The results of an investigation into the racist yearbook photo of Governor Ralph Northam has been revealed and they claim they are unable to conclude that Northam is one of the people in the photo. Seriously:
BREAKING: EVMS investigation into @RalphNortham’s yearbook and racist photos is unable to conclude if he is or is not one of the two people in the photo. The report also reveals there were “no errors” found in the placement of the photo. (Via @DianneG & Liz Turrell)

The report reads: “No individual that we interviewed has told us from personal knowledge that the Governor is in the photograph, and no individual with knowledge has come forward to us to report that the Governor is in the photograph.”

Northam was interview on two different occasions by investigators and is described as “cooperative”. He continued to maintain that he is not one of the two people in the photo.

In summary…
In summary- the results of this investigation do not make the situation for the Governor much better. Still many, many unanswered questions. And of course recall Northam initially put out a statement saying he was in the photo before backtracking.

That’s exactly right. Northam admitted he was in the photo that was put in HIS section of the yearbook with his other photos:
And yet they can’t determine it was him? What a joke.
