There were a ton of good questions from reporters today that covered a lot of topics, from Iran to economics and more. However, this was not one of them.
The reporter for the WSJ, Annie Linskey, used her question to ask about this today:
Anyone who heard this from Oz could clearly tell the president was joking when he said this – except this reporter apparently. Of all the thing to ask about, this was the dumbest I heard today. If I were the WSJ I’d demote Linksey from the White House for making the WSJ a laughing stock today.
