Tea Party member wants to know why his name became part of IRS questionnaire to other Tea Party groups

It’s one thing to have been targeted by the IRS in this latest scandal, but this is something I hadn’t heard yet. This Tea Party member, Justin Binik-Thomas, said his name was circulated on the questionnaire to other Tea Party groups, asking if they knew him and how. When he sought to get answers from the IRS as to why they were using his name, they lied about it and then when he confronted them with proof, they refused to tell him anything more.

He explains below:

  1. Totally unbelievable the stuff happening in your country!!   Hard to believe this is happening in the USA.  Has the real America got trapped in another dimension where madness reigns?  Or has Saudi Arabia changed places with the America we used to know?  What Obama and his minions are doing is the kind of behavior the dictators and their minions do in the Middle East.
Sincere sympathies from Canada.  Hope you have enough good souls there to sort this out and get the country back on track.

  2. I would just like to take a moment to express my admiration for the IRS, and how much I really think they are doing a fine job. Additionally I think our President and his AG are just swell folks, and how much I have always admired the First Lady.

The stag in the forest runs free.
But gather together to greet the storm.
    Tomorrow belongs to me.

But somewhere a glory awaits unseen.
    Tomorrow belongs to me.

  3. The issue is an abuse of an individual’s privacy.  This guy’s privacy has been invaded by what seems to be illegal means and methods.  But no one seems to be noticing or caring about that.
No one is asking what other files these IRS employees accessed, that they shouldn’t have been able to see, in order to put this guy’s name in their letter to the organization applying for tax exempt status.
They had to get this guy’s name from somewhere.  It didn’t just fall out of the sky.

    1. yazz55  ….and the IRS is using “privacy” excuses to not share information about himself.  Not even privacy for them, but privacy for him.
“No, Justin, we can’t share the information about you because that would violate  your privacy.”
      WHAT?

  4. Maybe I can lie on my tax returns and refuse to talk to the IRS about it.
No, that probably wouldn’t be a good idea…

  5. I’m glad he tied the IRS intimidation to possible malfeasance with respect to 0-vomitcare.

  6. I did notice a difference in the spelling of his name.  The article says “Justin Binik-Thomas” and the close-up of the questionnaire shows “Justin Bink-Thomas” without the second “i” in Binik.  Not sure if it makes a difference, the way the IRS was reacting to his questioning, it must have been him.  The problem is now the IRS has an “out.”

    1. Laurel A  Simple.  Obama, who doesn’t give a lick about any of our laws, freedoms, or privacy.

  7. I think the official response from this govt will be something along the lines of…”Thats not the same Justin Binik-Thomas”

  8. He, like many of us, I would bet, are ALL on Obama’s enemies list.
THE MOST CORRUPT, COMMUNIST REGIME IN THE HISTORY OF THE UNITED STATES.

    1. For this Tea Party American I’d consider it a badge of honor to be on the Kenya Born –  Non-American: Barack Hussein Obama’s enemies list. At least for this Tea Party American  I can look the Americans people in the face and truthfully say, I fight by the rules and I stand and defend  for the US Constitution and the Bill Of Rights.

    2. mikeinidaho  I’d bet there are a whole lot of people on Obama’s list that are being watched by the IRS and others that no one knows about, too.

  9. And yet heads haven’t rolled, will not roll and ovomit and his appointed thugs will carry on….no wonder the republicans ousted the likes of Allen West. West shed too much light on the corruption of both parties.

  10. It was only two people doing this .  The IRS head receptionist, obviously and Obama.
