Both Ted Cruz and Bill Cassidy have released a new resolution in the Senate designed to properly identify Antifa as domestic terrorists:
Antifa is a terrorist organization composed of hateful, intolerant radicals who pursue their extreme agenda through aggressive violence. Time and time again their actions have demonstrated that their central purpose is to inflict harm on those who oppose their views.

Like any terrorist organization they choose to pursue their political ends through violence, fear & intimidation. They must be stopped. I’m proud to introduce this resolution w @SenBillCassidy to properly identify what Antifa are: domestic terrorists. —> https://t.co/3qDDun7Tp3

It’s really amazing when consider that some on CNN go to the extreme to defend this domestic terrorist organization because they ideologically agree with some of what Antifa stands for.
But nearly every time we see Antifa in the news (local or national) it’s because of the violence they are perpetrating.
It’s long past time they were considered a domestic terrorist group and I’m glad Cruz and Cassidy are pushing the Senate to do it. But even if it passes the Senate, does anyone think it will pass the House or that they will even take it up? I doubt it, which is another reason I think Cruz and Cassidy are proposing this, to expose how the left is in bed with Antifa and thus refuses to condemn the violent group.
