Ted Cruz was on his podcast discussing Biden and his upcoming black, female Supreme Court nomination and remarked that it must suck to be Merrick Garland:
Cruz’s overall point is a similar one that most are making, that Biden’s promise to pick a black female is really an insult to black women. Cruz said it would be far more credible for Biden choose a black woman among an entire pool of people, regardless of race and sex, because she’s the most qualified. That would actually be an honor.
Cruz went on to say it must suck to be Merrick Garland because he, being a lib favorite for the Supreme Court, is being rejected because of of his white skin and y chromosome.
