Ted Cruz SLAPS DOWN Chuck Todd mocking him over the Space Force!

The TedNado slapped down F. Chuck Todd on Meet the Press for trying to mock his statement about the importance of the Space Force.

I have to admit, I was skeptical when Trump first announced it, but I have been persuaded since that this is a coming field of battle for the U.S. and other countries. It behooves us to get on board first with the idea of expanding our military muscle into space before someone else does it first.

And frankly, if an idiot like F. Chuck Todd thinks it’s stupid, it’s likely to be a good idea. Screw that guy.

  1. Some time ago, I read that a couple of our old, deactivated satellites had been shot down. And despite the treaties, you can bet that there are nukes up there. The battle in space has been ongoing, Trump is just publicizing it.

    1. One thing is for sure, General Buck Turgidson would never
allow a Space Force gap. Case closed.

  2. I’ve worked in AF Space Command for nearly 17 years now. Space becoming it’s own branch of the military has been talked about even before my tenure started. It’s absolutely necessary to be ready for these growing and emerging threats. Space is the ultimate high ground!

That being said, I really do want one of those frigates in space with a skull and crossbones on it now. πŸ˜€

Hey @jack how come Twitter’s “moment” quotes all the snarky leftists making fun of my comments, but doesn’t include my tweets in response explaining the real point that NATIONS like China have already developed & tested weapons to destroy satellites?

    1. @sjmom I read a while back that China (?) shot down a couple of our old satellites.

  4. The ridiculous Chuck Todd has proven time and time again that he comes from the shallow end of the gene pool. This is no longer science fiction – it’s REAL and necessary! And it’s a natural migration for warfare – human beings do it on land, sea and air… now space. If an enemy takes critical satellites, then we (or any nation) will be crippled militarily, because so much now relies on our satellites for communication, intel, targeting, etc.. Simple as that.

But once again, Leftists like to mock, spin and lie in order to see America be vulnerable or damaged. They HATE America and they want to mislead and confuse. That’s what evil does.

  5. I was very skeptical at first but Space Force is actual one of those ideas that demonstrates vision by Trump.
    1) Humanity moving out into space is an inevitability. We’re currently building space ships to Mars. I think we often get so caught up in earthly issues that we lose perspective and a grander vision.
    2) This is a great opportunity for Republicans to take back the culture of true progress that excites and inspires the nation. Let the Democrats continue to promote regressive ideas of negative global concern about how we need to return to locomotion and destroy industry. We should be talking about Space and the future of interglobal innovation and progress. This is what will set us apart in terms of inspiration vision and progress by not just reminding people of western heritage and its significance but by taking those antiquated ideas of Judeo Christian values and Enlightenment ideas and projecting them into the future in pursuit of a more perfect human order.

When the new world was discovered Western values didn’t content themselves solely with the old world. We moved into that space and took the opportunity available to us to perfect those values and and America was born.

I’m not saying this is going to happen all at once but we need to be talking about our values within the context of a grander vision. Rather than pointing back at adequated values which don’t inspire people we need to point back at those values and then point forward to where those values can lead us in a way that excites the imagination.

  6. When I think of space pirates and space espionage I imagine James bond meets guardians of the galaxy and firefly/serenity. Which would (could) make a breath taking Sci fi franchise.

  7. Did Chuck Todd actually encourage us to “…let’s all be villigent.” Does anyone know what that means? Is it some left-wing code word?

  8. I was just musing, anyone who cites MSNBC, et al, Mother Jones, etc takes themselves out if the arena of rational thought. It has become a litmus test for me. FCTodd is just another occupant in the clown car of intellectually disabled oxygen thieves

Too late. China has been doing this for some time now. We’re playing catch up.

  25. Baltimore is being held hostage by ransomware, our electric grid is growing weaker and is vulnerable, and China, Russia, and Iran are looking for every way possible to disrupt our lives in one way or another.

…. yet according to the Dimms:
Russia is so 80s, China is a pushover, and Iran could be our friend if we weren’t so mean to them.

  26. While the space force is a good idea, the next Wars are most likely going to be economic. In addition to flexing military muscle, we need to flex fiscal restraint. Adding a trillion to the deficit every year will destroy us in the long run.

  27. This is hard to believe that a member of the oh so important press would not be informing his audience on the real dangers and instead mock a senator who is trying to warn us of this danger.

  28. Some time ago, I read that a couple of our old, deactivated satellites had been shot down. And despite the treaties, you can bet that there are nukes up there. The battle in space has been ongoing, Trump is just publicizing it.

  30. This is just Star Wars rebranded from the 1980’s. Destroying the commie-socialist Chinese is a start. They are not now, nor have they ever been, our “friends.”

  33. This is hard to believe that a member of the oh so important press would not be informing his audience on the real dangers and instead mock a senator who is trying to warn us of this danger.

  34. It wasn’t that long ago when the Air Force was considered only a minor element of warfare.

    1. @ush One day it could become the first target to lay the groundwork for war. So much of what we do relies on satellites and we could be crippled on multiple fronts. Drones rely on satellites, for example. Communications, computer syncing, infrastructure, and a lot more can be effected.

      1. Yep, all we need is to move our weaponry to space….these idiot liberals worrying about climate change can stop thinking about it after humanity blows up the planet. Maybe that SciFientific meteor will get us first in humanity’s race to prove who is stupidist. πŸ˜‰

        Lord, come quickly!!

        1. @charli Kinda sounds like you see it as warmongering of sorts….like it’s a bad idea. Not sure. I don’t see it that way.

          1. No, I do not see it as war-mongering and that it is a “bad idea” is too little too late. The problem with humanity is that there will always be evil players, influenced by satan, who want power and control over the world. This requires good nations to be more superior to evil nations. I believe America is good and that China, Russia, Cuba, Venezuela and islamofascist nations are evil, so many will perish at a point.

Medical science, for instance, can be used for good, but there are godless commie-socialist nations, like China, that use genetics to cross animals and sub-par intelligence humans to breed slaves. Italy did the same years ago. My position is, just because humanity has discovered it CAN do something, does NOT mean it should do everything….but it cannot stop itself. Thus, I am praying for Messiah to catch us away so that we can avoid witnessing the final fall of humanity through its own devices and stupidity. As an aside, I laugh at the AOCs and Bernies of the world who insist global climate change will kill us in 12 years….no, WE will kill ourselves and the planet will be just fine.

      2. @kong1967 Everything is dependent upon satellites these days. If my phone and GPS go out, I’m done. There are only a few payphones left and I’m sure that there would be lines a mile long.

        1. @dr-strangelove If cellphones went out I think I’d enjoy the peace and quiet for a while. Seriously though you’re right. Communication is everything now.

          I haven’t seen a payphone in years.

        2. The few payphones around our neck of the woods have mostly been vandalized. Probably by the same funny-loving folks that vandalize the bus stops.

            1. Hi Doc,

How ya doing? We got rain and gloom – hope you are somewhere sunny. Unless you like gloom but you ain’t a lib so I doubt it.

              1. Hey, Marge! Just passed south of you this morning, missed the rain. It’s been crappy all over, but it’s sunny in Iowa today. I just washed the truck this morning, so I’m sure that I’ll hit rain somewhere. πŸ˜•

                1. South? As in the People’s Republic of Illinois? Or further south where nice folks live and the sun shines and the tall corn grows.

We are worried about our corn and other crops here – it’s been so wet that only about 1/3 of the crops are planted. Not good.

    2. Mmmm, well, my hubbie is retired Army, so he calls them the Air Farce….that said, we need better defense from space….I am surprised AOC isn’t railing about all the space “junk,” and how outer space will end in 12 years! LOL πŸ˜‰

  35. I just hope they don’t pitch it to would-be military folks who think they’re going to be space defenders, when the reality is that they’ll mostly be space garbagemen.

    1. True; I am surprised the bank of space junk hasn’t taken out our satellites already.

  36. Todd is trying to make it sound like pirates with a patch on their eyes and a hook for a right hand. Basically bank robbers in outer space. He needs to get a grip.

We rely on satellites a lot more than people think. / (worth defending)

    1. Todd and all of the idiots like him always compare everything to crap they’ve seen in hollyweird productions of fantasy…they live in an alternative universe that lacks reality or focus.

      1. Thank you for saying that!! I think that Hollywood is massively responsible for many of our problems today. We’ve had too many generations that were raised on Hollywood scare propaganda and sci-fi/horror scenarios. Too many of them believe that what they see on television and the big screen are absolutely true depictions of life. I knew just how screwed up we were when Sissy Spacek was brought in as a spokesperson for farmers just because she’d played one in a movie (The River). Sheesh!! My mom (she was a sharecropper’s daughter who had sisters who were farmers) and I remember looking at each other and going β€œWhat??!!!” Since then we’ve had pretend people touting themselves as experts on real world problems just because they played one for a few weeks. The really sad part is all their viewers who believe them.

      2. To be fair, he isn’t exactly one of the smarter folks around and then he has to dumb it down enough that those feeble-minded enough to watch him can understand.

  37. This is just Star Wars rebranded from the 1980’s. Destroying the commie-socialist Chinese is a start. They are not now, nor have they ever been, our “friends.”

  38. F.C. Todd is a Democrat hack who happens to be employed by NBC. How Meet the Press has fallen. Just another Leftist propaganda hour.

    1. Yes, went down hill right after Tim Russert conveniently died before the interview he was supposed to have w/ 0bama in 2008.

    2. Most of the programming on NBC, CBS and ABC are propaganda; ever since Trump won in 2016, the outrage and insanity of the left has been written into scripts. I stopped watching all alphabet channel, primetime programs (except The Good Doctor) because of the progressive commie-socialist political riff-raff written into them. There was a time that pre and post primetime programming was for 30-60 minutes of actual news (no 24-7 garbage that is, today, mostly ginned up with suppositions and no facts) and primetime programming had comedy/musical variety programs and other mindless entertaining stuff that allowed people to escape from their day’s work and news of the day. Maybe there would be less confusion about people’s gender and fewer suicides and depression if we went back to entertainment, for a change.

  39. As much as I like a good slapdown, that actually is pretty funny from Chuck Todd. Space Pirates. It doesn’t make him right, just funny.

  40. I agree. America should be first and best when it comes to the space race, and star wars. We always have been and we should remain that way. We have to remember that countries like China and Russia treat their people like crap but are able to grasp loads in taxes so they can afford the R&D to be able to outdo us.

  41. Liberals have no future vision. They are obsessed with the secular miserable issues of things like looking for pissoirs for Trannies.

  42. Again, the media shows it’s absolute bias… AOC can declare the end of the world and call for the slaughter of all farting cows, but try to address a real threat and you get ridiculed.

  43. Todd is such a moron. First for taking on Ted Cruz and secondly for that stupid pirate ship thing. I’d like to smack that stupid grin off his idiotic face. Seriously? Do you not keep up, Chucky?
