Republicans in Congress today passed the REINS Act, which would in effect limit the executive branch’s bureaucracy and the regulations they put out.
Before passing this, amendments were posed by both parties and one of them would have forced congressional approval before the executive branch could create new rules and regulations that would increase access to abortions:
Today, House Democrats stood up for the "freedom" for all Americans to murder innocent babies at any time and for any reason. Unfortunately 10 Republicans voted with them. pic.twitter.com/q3aVZrnw4G

As good says in the tweet, 10 Republicans voted against this amendment along with all Democrats. He posted their names in a following tweet:
It says a lot about where we are today when 10 Republicans cannot bring themselves to vote for Life, and would rather let unelected bureaucrats increase access to abortion. pic.twitter.com/JAvJ0DjNXS

These names don’t mean much to me so I got a little more information on them:
These Republicans are all from liberal states except one: Nancy Mace from South Carolina. This shouldn’t be a shock considering she opposes ‘extreme’ abortion bans in Republican states. She was also one of 39 Republicans who voted with Democrats to pass a gay marriage bill last year.
