In a House Democrat hearing today on the new pro-life law in Texas, an activist from Texas Equal Access Fund made the most absurd comment that won’t surprise you at all.

Maleeha Aziz starts out by saying “I do not regret either of my abortions” and then goes on to trash crisis pregnancy centers. While that’s truly evil, it’s not the most absurd thing she said.
Aziz then makes this claim:
And I just wanted to acknowledge that a lot of people are being left out of this conversation today. Because as we know, people get pregnant and not just women. But I hear people over and over again saying women get pregnant. But that’s excluding people that should be a part of this conversation.
I told you it wouldn’t shock you. But it is thoroughly and completely preposterous.
