TEXAS TORNADO: Good Samaritans save infant and 2 yr-old in dramatic water rescue — [VIDEO]

This is nothing short of a dramatic, but amazing video. A truck is overturned in deep water with an infant and a 2-year-old girl inside, almost dead. But these good samaritans show up and get the children out of the overturned truck. You can see them frantically bringing the lifeless body of the infant to where they can begin CPR:

TEXAS TORNADO: When good samaritans arrived, an infant and a 2-year old were nearly dead. These strangers saved their lives yesterday, near Myrtle Springs.
