Rep. Barry Moore from Alabama posted a photo on Twitter today with his Smith and Wesson AR-15 that triggered the left so much that they were lobbing insults and criticisms at him for posting the photo.
First, the photo:
Happy Friday everyone!

Of course he knew that this would trigger folks. That goes without saying these days. But I think he also posted it because of the two gun control bills Democrats passed this week, which seems obvious from his timeline.
That being said, it definitely triggered the left, some of which claimed it didn’t trigger them as they insulted him. Oh, and the reference to Micah 6:8 you’ll see in some of the tweets is from Moore’s description on his Twitter bio where he quotes it:
Just another Republican espousing his own version of biblical values.

I always mentally swap the guns in these pictures for chainsaws to remind myself that this is, indeed, weird behavior. https://t.co/eCFIx7tubr

I'm Barry. I like guns, because I have a pinkie d**k and need to feel powerful. https://t.co/pPFjdnodyf

Oh, it didn’t just trigger the left, but also got a Never Trumper:
In light of recent comments on your favorite news channel, @RepBarryMoore, I was looking for a statement from you praising the men and women in the military who carry weapons for real, not for a vanity photo, and who defend our democracy rather than voting to overturn elections. https://t.co/TzJUmPyD4x
